E-mail On Nokia 6303i

How do I set up email on my 6303? Under "message settings" there is no "e-mail message settings" option. If I try e-mail options I get either "Service not available" or "Wrong user name or password"

utlook.com (POP) - Manual configurationNokia 6303i classic

E-mail use requires an account with Outlook.com or another e-mail provider. A data plan for mobile internet is recommended.
Choose Next for instructions on how to configure Outlook.com e-mail on Your Nokia 6303i Classic.

Start screen.
Choose Menu.

Choose Messaging, and then Select.

Choose More, and then Select.

Choose E-mail, and then Select.

If this screen appears, choose Other, and then Select.
If this screen does not appear, choose Options, Add account, and then Select.

Under Email address, enter your email address.
Under Password., enter the password of your email account.
Choose Save password, and check this option.
Choose Sign in.

Under If you have a user name enter it here, enter the username of your email account.
Under E-mail access type, choose POP3.
Choose Next.

Under Incoming mail server, enter pop3.live.com.
Under Incoming port, enter 995.
Choose Next.

Under Outgoing mail server, enter mail.internetmail.be.
Under Outgoing port, enter 25.
Choose Requires login, and uncheck this option.
Choose Sign in.

Choose Sign out, and then Sign out.

Return to the Start screen.

Switch Your Nokia 6303i Classic off and then on again to activate the settings.
This mobile phone can now be used to send and receive e-mails.
