how can i install new software provider on my phone nokia 5220 xpress music?

onnect pc to your cell
make sure you have nokia pc suite or ovi inmstalled in your pc
after linking pc to cell open pc suite or ovi and click or update software.
software update program will start
if you are facing issues with software and you want to install same version you have to go to nokia care centre or some professional you cant do it yourself unless trained
