Faulty Nikon S9300

When I turn on my Nikon s9300 the lens fully retracts.Every other function fails. No LCD screen...nothing. The only thing I can do is remove the battery and then go through the procedure again.I have tried multiple things like removing the battery and SD card for a period of time.Is their an easy fix to my problem? Thanks.
