S9300 Issues

I have a brand new Nikon s9300 that won't turn on at all and when I plug it into either the wall or the computer

Based on your description, there might be a problem with the battery of your Nikon COOLPIX S9300 camera. You should replace its battery with a brand new one. Replacement batteries can be purchased online. These are the product links for your easy purchase.
