Goto google and in the search bar type in netgear wna1100 software and driver free download and press enter. What you need to download is the driver and it will go through the install process, but you want to save it to a flash drive or sd card-even your desktop if you have to. Once saved then open and install. saving it first will allow you to install on other computers or again and again on yours if need be
