Wired Printer Connection To Dgn2000

I have a PC connected to a DGN2000, with a printer connected to the PC via a USB. I am able to connect to the wireless network with my laptop O.K. but unable to access the printer connected to the PC via a USB. Is it possible to connect the printer directly to the DGN2000 via ethernet and then print from the PC connected to the DGN2000 via ethernet and wirelessly from my laptop?

Yes and no.

The wifi does not support printers.  What you can do is get an Ethernet to USB adapter or print server.  You will lose all advanced print features this way.

The better solution is to simply share the printer on the PC, then connect to the PC with the laptop.  This is how I have things set up at my house.

The PC's in the family room connect wirelessly to a wifi  access point (WAP) in my bedroom.  My main PC is hardwired to the WAP and the printer is USB connected to my PC.

The printer is shared and the other PC's connect to it via the main PC with full functionality.
