What The Heck Is Going On?
I am having some problems. None of the Netflix phone numbers are working and now the website is down. This is NOT the kind of service that I am expecting. I want a credit, and if I cannot reach Netflix in the next 24 hours I am cancelling. They have no email address and suddenly not available by phone. I never had this problem before and I smell a rat!
