Sign On Problems
I have had Netflix for a year and had no problems signing on. Now I cannot get Netflix because you have to go thru a bunch of steps and I still cannot get on. Why cant I just open Netflix and get the list of movies I want to watch? You have no problem charging my credit card each month but if you do not make the sign on simpler, I will cancel you. You already have my email address. Please help!!!!!!!
