Payment Account Name Anne Frost Email [email protected]

As a Netflix customer for over three years, why am I pgaying almost  $17.00 per month*.  Prior to sizin g up for Netflix and having  disc mailed to me, my fee was only $8.00 per month;  however, since signing up for netflix on my Kindle Fire, I am paying $8.95 twice a month: WHY????   MY EMAIL ADDRESS IS   [email protected]. Please lets clear this up; as I have been paying the above stated amount for more than six months!

I guess you didn't hear about the price increase. That is now the charge for having access to both DVDs and streaming. Perhaps you should check your account payments more often, and please don't post your email address online unless you want lots of spam.
