From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Phone .
Tap the Menu icon. (upper-right).
Tap Settings.
Tap Call blocking.
Tap ADD A NUMBER.
Enter the 10-digit number then tap BLOCK. This blocks calls and text.

Open the. Phone app.
Touch > Settings > Blocked numbers.
Turn Unknown on
