To perform the Master Reset on the device you need to:

  1. Tap Menu
  2. Tap Settings
  3. Tap Security
  4. Enter your 4 digit unlock code. (Default 1234, 0000, or last 4 digits of your phone number)
    Tap Done
  5. Tap Restore Phone
  6. Tap Yes when prompted with the following message Permanently Erase All User Data & Reset Settings To Factory Defaults?
