My Net10 Motorola Cell Phone Says Insert Sim. Thought It Was Included

Bought motorola w408g cell from net10 and did all that it said to do to activate, but all it says is insert sim. There was no separate packing for a sim, I thought it was already in the phone. Now what?

Hi. Quoted from Net10's SIM Troublshooting guide

"Q. What should I do if my phone displays "Insert SIM"?
A. Please insert the SIM card into the back of your phone or make sure that the SIM card was properly inserted."

You therefore want to contact their Customer Service centre or visit your retailer for clarity on this SIM issue.
