New Scanner Red Lights Stay On Whenever A Battery Is Present.
I have a new scanner and as soon as I put a battery in, I get two beeps and the red lights stay on. The base is the correct STB3578 base. Is there a way to reset/reconfigure it?

When you scan a barcode it waits a couple of seconds, then a red light blinks and it beeps,
