Message When Using The Phonebook Button

One of the four phone display this message (DA 0000000000) on the screen when using the Phonebook button. I am unable to get to the list of phonebook entries which are displayed well on the other three phones (including the base) and which was displayed well on that phone (the fourth one) a week ago. What does that message tells me? What can I do about it in order to remove it and re-enter the phonebook entries (as they are on the other three phones) ?
