How Do I Rest My Restrictions Password On My Motorola Photon 4g?

Hi, well my restrictions password is set and I do not remember setting a password for it. Overall I need to know how to take it off or how to rest it. My phone is not in service and not connected to the internet. Please help me [email protected]
