Motorola Hx550 Only Connects When Call Button Is Pressed

I will recommend you to perform a reset on the Bluetooth device, to do this you will need to press and hold the call button while turning on the device and then follow the commands, this will erase all information on the Bluetooth.
If that does not work please contact us.
