I Can Voice Dial But Not Use The Headset To Dial From My Phone

My headset worked fine for about a month. This morning I can only make voice dials and it isn't even doing that accurately. I would just like to use it the way I have in the past --turn it on, dial using the keypad on my phone, and go. Thank you if you can help.
