My H17txt Paired With The Phone Audio, But Will Not Pair With Media.

I had an older h17txt, it broke, so I ordered a brand new one in the box. Unpaired my old BT, paired my new one, but only the phone audio pairs. It should have I thing for the phone audio and one for the media in the BT settings, but only the phone is there. The texting feature works fine, but I bought it for the audio. Cannot figure out how to get this thing to pair.

Hi,

Try to reset your headset back to factory settings then try to pair it again with your phone. With your headset on, press and hold both Volume buttons and Call button for 10 seconds until the indicator light is steady blue. If still the same after the reset, try to pair it to a different phone and observe if you will experience the same thing. This is just to isolate the issue.

If the same thing happens when connected to a different phone you might have a bad headset. You can contact the place of purchase for warranty options. You can also contact Motorola for a replacement. You can contact Motorola here https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/home/.

Hi.there friend please dont order a new on go streight to the store where you buy that motorola they will help you buy giving you a new one.
