Why Won't My Sliver Elite Pair With My New Blackberry Q10?

It paired with a Jawbone, but I prefer to use my Sliver. I had both setup on my Curve, but cannot get the Sliver to pair over bluetooth or NFC

Power off the previoulsy paired device first before pairing the Elite Silver to your Blackberry. Make sure that it is on pairing mode before searching for it using the Blackberry. If it still won't pair you may try to reset the headset back to it's factory settings then try pairing it again.

To reset the headset Press and hold the Call button while turning on the headset to start Settings menu, then follow the voice prompts to change them. Choose Reset to factory default. https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/71561

Hope this helps.
