Motorola Elite Flip Instructions

I just purchased this to use with my 4S iPhone and was told it was voice activated for incoming and outgoing calls and for sending text by voice. The only instructions are for "Motospeak" Android. Will it work with the iPhone or was I given bad information at the AT&T store?
