Why Are My Mp4 Videos Skipping?

Hard to say without actually seeing the issue.
Some possibilities:
- Online streaming- You may be exceeding your bandwith which would cause skipping.
- Poor signal- If you have poor signal there may be a lot of resends which will cause skipping.
- Phone is full- If the local storage is full the MP4 will only be able to by partially buffered which can cause skipping
- Slow processor- If the phone is not powerfull enough to keep up it will definitiely skip.
