Video Text Deleting
Why is it that on my ZTE Anthem whenever i receive a video text it automatically deletes it.

Are you sure it is deleted? When you get large files via MMS, it doesnt download automatically rather it starts the download when you check it. And it can take a few minutes (5-30 depending on the length and resolution of the video).
