Metro Motion Phone Doesnt Support Videos On Internet?

I have the metro pcs motion lg but when I Go On google.com And theres A video On the web Page it Wont let me Watch It, it Says my Andoid Device doesnt support it And Says i Need adobe flash player but Then I try To get It And it Says my Phone doesnt suport it, its really irritating And The only Thing i dont like About it, what can I do?
