Hello Im Ismael Sanchez And I've Been Trying To Get Help From Anyone Because

I was looking at my phone plan in the my metro app and I went to look at my data and hotspot consumption was and i some how accidentally added 1 GB for 5 dollars of hot spot sharing that I did not want can u please help me remove the 1 GB. Of hot spot sharing because I don't need it i have the 60 unlimited. Data and still i get treated very rudely. By ur agents on the phone and in the store

Ismael, our site is a Q&A site with no direct connection to Metro PCS. According to their website all plans have the hotspot capability. If you are concerned with a charge that you don't owe you'll have to login to your account to edit your plan or speak to a CS Rep @ (888-863-8768) or *611 from your MetroPCS phone.
