Zte Blade Recalls

In the past 6 months i have purchased 3 ZTE Blade phones and have had nothing but problems with them. They are now to the point that they will not even charge or turn back on! I went into one of your stores today to find out why and they said that they have had a recall on all ZTE brand phones and the only option I have now is to purchase new phones! How is this fair to your customers who were promised a good working phone and that I pay almost a 100 bucks a month for my service and now I have to purchase all new phones? Could somebody please explain this to me as a paying customer to pay for a problem that isn't even mine?

Call the company's customer service, and if necessary politely but firmly ask for a manager (use the contact information here--https://www.contacthelp.com//Metro%20PCS/customer-service ).
Complain to corporate: try the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com//Metro%20PCS/Corporate%20Office.
Call the office of the Texas Attorney General, at 512-463-2185.

In addition, you may want to consider a review/complaint site like www.complaintsboard.com/,,, http://www.consumeraffairs.com/, or https://www.yelp.com/, each of which may get action from the offending companies
