System Voicemail

Press and hold the "1" key to dial the voicemail system. Press the "*" key when you hear the voicemail greeting. Enter your voicemail password, if you have one, and then press the "#" key.

Step 2

Press "4," and then press "3" to enter the voicemail options menu. Press "2" if you want callers to hear your recorded name followed by an automated greeting, or press "3" to record a new personal greeting.

Step 3

Speak into the handset when prompted and record your name or personal voicemail greeting. Press the "#" key to stop recording; the voicemail system plays back the recording automatically.

Step 4

Press the "#" key to accept the new recording, or press "*" to record your name or greeting again.

Step 5

Press the "#" key to save the voicemail changes, press the "*" key to exit the system, and then hang up the phone.
