Seatbelt Alarm

how do I disable the seatbelt alarm on passenger side

1. Turn key until seat belt light and others are turned on.
2. Wait around 1 minute until seat belt light turns off
3. Insert and remove seat belt 9 times
4. Light should turn back on
5. Within 10 seconds of Step 4, insert and remove seat belt.
6. Light should turn off and "seatminder" is now off.
7. To activate repeat the same procedure
