Memorex Blu Ray Player Mvbd2535 Connecting To Netflix. Screen Goes Blank.
so when selecting netflix after connecting to wifi, the screen just goes blank, and i can see the word netflix on the blu ray player, then in order for me to get it to go back to where i can see the menu on the screen I have to unplug it and restart it basically. I figured i had to set it up with my laptop with an activation code that the blu ray would give me to type in to my lap top but it give me nothing just the screen goes blanck and just says "video 1" at the stop left of my tv like the input has just been disconnected. can you help me?
