Under a two year warranty only parts and labor are covered. What you are explaining mightbe a seal that needs to be replaced around the glass. You can call customer service at Maytag and as for a service call it is covered under warranty. If it is parts then it will be covered as will the service fee but if it is not parts you might have to repair for the repair should you choose to do so.
