Problem With Magic Jack Plus

Please help me start my magic jack. It says my password is incorrect and sends me the same password when I click on "forgot your password". It also says that my magic jack plus has been activated but it does not come on. The box shows "Product 2009" which was my first magic jack. Please help me. I am so disappointed that I may have to return and discontinue your service.

Sorry for your problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html. If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
