Magickjack Keeps Sying Login In To Existing Magicjack Account. Help (urgent)

My magicjack was fine for months until this morning when I started it up it doesn't bring me to the usual magicjack box instead this time it showed magicjack starting up then a white box came over it saying, login to existing magicjack account why is it saying that? and how do I get it to stop, because I'm out of town and I dnt have my password with me and this is the only phone I have, please help.
