I Need Help Witn My Magicjack, Now Is Asking Me For A Password, I Dont Know It

my magicjack numbre is 410-975-8530. i have it for long time so now is asking me a password, and the people form magicjack say they will send it to my email, but never send it so i cannot used now, can you help me.?
