Your question is not clear, because you haven't said what code magicJack is requiring.

You could solve the issue by resetting the device, as follows:

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
