Magic Jack Plus Stop Working

I have a magic jack plus and it keeps. Stopping and saying error check internet conncet So I just unplug the power and it resets and works for a short time. I like it very much but this trouble upsets me. Can you help me?

I regret that magicJack's support is virtually non-existent.

If the device is not defective, simple actions may resolve the problem, as outlined here.

If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
