I Changed Wireless Comp Magicjack Don't Work It Won't Exept My Passcoe Ether

I moved to a differant home and chanched wireless company's and now it won't work.I have tried entering the passcode from my emal that you sent me by copy and pasting and it just won't ecept my passcode I don't know if it is broken or what .I thought but I'm not sure that it used to lite up and It don't any more but I could be wrong about that I don't know what the problem is It was working fine till I moved and I have only had it for about a week .I was supposed have a free year with the purchase of this device but when I look at my account it don't appear to be arranged that way maybe you people can tell what mite be going on Mike

To uninstall your magicJack, please go to control panel and remove it from the list of currently installed programs.

Windows XP

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, and then double-click Add or Remove Programs.

2. In the Currently installed programs box, click magicJack, and then click Remove.

3. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.

Windows Vista/Windows 7

1. Click Start, click Control Panel, click Programs, and click Programs and Features.

2. In the Currently installed programs box, select magicJack, and then click Uninstall.

3. If you are prompted to confirm the removal of the program, click Yes.

To reinstall your magicJack, simply plug it back in and it will automatically reinstall.
