I Lost My Email Address And Password Now My MagicJack Is Not Working

I lost my email address and password and now my MagicJack does not work. There is no inbound or outbound calling. What can I do?

Unfortunately, Magic Jack customer service is basically useless. You can try the suggestions on this page on their site, but when I had a problem with my Magic Jack, I actually had to purchase another one and return the one with the email address I couldn't remember. I hate their customer service, but the product itself is great... when it works!
