Why Am I Unable To Use A Locally Purchase Prepaid Calling Card On My Magic Jack

I am using a locally purchase prepaid calling card bought in America to make a call to a destination outside of America. I often use this card to make calls with other phone service providers and have never had any issues. When I try to use it with magic jack, I am getting a recording telling me to purchase cards from Magic Jack pre-paid calling web site.

Your other providers notwithstanding, no provider is obliged to honor third-party phone cards. Your phone card is designed to work with conventional providers; if you feel it has misrepresented its usefulness, your beef is with it, not with magicJack. Sorry.
