After Renewal,still Can't Use Magic Jack.

I renewed in May 2011 for another one year. Since then I haven't been able to use magic jack. Each time I tried to use the jack, i would be asked to login, once i did, it would take me to the renewal page to force me to renew again. Don't you have record for those who have renewed? Please, do something about this because i haven't been able to use it since May last year after taking my money.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions.

magicJack's customer service is essentially nonexistent. However you may reach magicJack by writing:

You can try phoning them, at 281-404-1551 or 561-594-2140. You can also dispute any payments with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.
