Registering Magicjack Plus

The instructions say to click in left window to register. My left window only show advertising for 1/2 price sale of magicjack plus. I can not get a registeration form to show up.

magicJack's instructions are to hook up the device to your computer via its USB port. With a MAC, double-click the magicJack Plus icon that appears, and that might be your issue. (With a PC, magicJack Plus software will load automatically.) Click "Click Here To Register" or "Click Here for Free Trial." Follow the on-screen prompts.
magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

If it's within 30 days and you can't get your magicJack to work, you can return the product using these instructions.
