I Cant Make A Call On My Magicjack

when i tried to make a call a message came on telling me to contact magic jack.. i have a 5year paid up contract

I could probably be of more help if I knew the exact and complete "contact magic jack" message, as contact with magicJack is in general extremely difficult at best. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.
