I Can Make Calls On My M J, But Can't Recieve . Instantly Hangs Up.
Incoming MajicJack calls show on computer screen, but system hangs up immediately. Have disconnected, re-booted, added new phone.

If your telephone does not ring:
1. Make sure the ringer on your telephone is in the ON position
2. Make sure that the ringer volume is in the proper position
If that does not work:
- Try a different telephone
NOTE: Make sure your phone cord (connecting the base unit with the magicJack) is not longer than six feet.
