I Can Make Calls But I Can't Recieve Them, They Go Straight To Voice Mail. It Is

My phone will no longer ring,, I tryed a new phone, not the problem. I can make calls just not recieve them. How can I fix this?

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.

it is in your BIOS settings. Make your settings for "wake up with LAN, wake up with WLAN, and wake up with USB enabled.
