My Majicjack Does Not Work!!!!!!!!!!!when I Try To Contact A Representative They

My majicjack doesnt work. When I try to enter my e-mail [email protected] it says it is already in use. However when I try to buy a new unit it says it has already been used. You give me no options!!! How can I get majicjack.com working?

You need to reset your magicJack, as follows:

Unplug your magicJack, and run mjRemover.exe and then the Microsoft Fixit Center app. Then reboot and re-plug. (You can download the remover program from http://upgrades.talk4free.com/tools/mjRemover.exe.)
