Magic Jack Go Home Phone

When I have a call I hear the the rperson who is speaking, but he can't hear me! In addition of that I recently subcrit an exclusive offer of Magic jackGo. for a year, so I'm afred not using it at all.

Sorry for your problems.

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all [partial list]:

if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet at a sufficiently high speed,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

You may wish to try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here. Or consider "Running MagicJack as System" as outlined here.

If however the device is defective, you may be able to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, the instructions are at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.
