I Keep Getting (you Must Plug Magic Jack Into Usb ) Even It Is Plugged?

I can't let my Magic jack work? It was working last year but I didn't recieve any email about renewing it Please help me on this? thank you

Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if it's not running,
if it's not secured in the USB port,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. If the device is defective, you need to return it. If you bought it from magicJack, follow the instructions at http://my.magicjack.com/returns.html.

If it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221.

To renew, go to my.magicjack.com, click the My Subscriptions tab, and under RENEWAL click Details. Then click One Year License or Five year License, and follow the instructions.
