Why Have You Dumped Me?

I was in the process of getting my new magic jack online when I was dumped with the excuse that your server was no good and to try later. This is later. I get run-around when I try to get in touch with you people online. I want this issue solved or I want my money back! No excuse for this treatment of a new customer.

You need to look to magicJack for resolution, and magicJack offers only the most feeble customer support. However, you can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:

If all else fails, you can dispute any payment with your credit card provider or complain to the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399. If it's within 30 days, you can return the product using these instructions.
