I Ordered A Magic Jack Online And Received The Wrong One.

I ordered a Magic Jack online and received the wrong one. I wanted the one that you plug into the wall and I received the one that you plug into a computer. Is it possible to return the one I received and pay the difference and get the right one?

Probably not. Despite magicJack's hype, there is no magicJack that will work simply upon plugging into the wall and/or your phone -- you will always need an Internet connection. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. You can try phoning them, at 561-594-9925. You may also reach magicJack by writing:
