My MJ Plus 2014 is not working. It says error 23 and then says to contact customer service. I hope you are customer service? Please advise. Thank you Sharon

No, we're not connected with magicJack in any way. magicJack's customer support is for the most part magically lacking. The phone number of 561-594-9925 is for billing matters only, and seeking either that phone help or chat help (at www.magicjack.com/techchat) may prove a waste of your time.
