I Have Had My Mj A Year. I Purchased Another Year Yesterday. My Mj Plus Stoppe

My MJ plus stopped working. I removed the MJ then I reloaded the MJ by plugging it into the pc instead of the wall outlet. I got the plus so that I didn't have to leave my pc on all the time. Nothing lights up on the MJ except when I use it plugged directly into the pc. Also, I couldn't get a dial tone on my phone when plugged into the pc. Nothing I do helps. I think something is wrong with the plus part of the MJ. Also, I just purchased another year yesterday for $31.39. Please, can you help me? I need my phone. Joyce Ratley order

Sorry for your problems. Your magicJack may not work properly, or at all

if you're not logged on to your Windows user account,
if your magicJack is not running,
if it's not properly secured,
if the phone cord is not secured or is broken,
if you're not connected to the Internet,
if your Internet speed is too low,
if without a powered USB hub several phones are used to generate power from a USB port,
or if your magicJack device is defective.

If the device is not defective, these simple actions may resolve the problem. Or you may try these instructions. You can also reset the device, as explained here.

As it's too late to return the device, you can seek a resolution with your credit card company or with the Florida Dept. of Agriculture and Consumer Services, at 850-488-2221 or 2005 Apalachee Pkwy., Tallahassee, FL 32399.
