Can No Longer Have Mj Plus Go To Fax After 4 Rings. I Have A Brother Mfc-j435w.

MJ says it's my printer and Brother says They do not support use with Majic Jack or MJ Plus so They cannot help. Trying to determine if it's the MJ Plus the brother machine or ATT.

You can attempt to find out if the issue is with magicJack by resetting magicJack and then seeing if the issue persists.
